I used Microsoft Publisher to make them and various free font websites online like www.dafont.com.

Ditto on what Peaches said, except I used a standard MS font. I know dafont has a lot of stuff though, so you should be able to find something there.

No prob!  This should help you: http://www.dafont.com/faq.php

Basically, once you choose your font and click download you'll have the option to either save the file or open with Windows Explorer.  Chose the open with Windows Explorer option and click okay.

Then you have to extract the font file (usually it's a TrueType font file) and once it's extracted you'll have to move it to where Windows stores all of the fonts on the computer (there is an option to have it extracted directly to a location on your computer of your choice, but that usually doesn't work for me, so I extract it to my desktop so I can find it easier and then just copy and paste the file into the folder where Windows stores my fonts).

You can access the folder where Windows stores fonts by going to My Computer, your main drive (usually the C drive), the Windows folder, and then you should find a folder called Fonts... just move the font you uploaded into the Fonts folder and you should be all set.

It honestly sounds a lot more complicated than it actually is and the steps I just mentioned can pretty much be used with any font downloading site.  Good luck!

I am designing my own as well.  Any good suggestions for good local printers?  I am wary of doing the whole process online.  thanks!
