I purchased paper fans. They were around $.65 each. It depends on the amount you buy, the more the cheaper each one is. I bought them off asianideas.com.

No problemos. I used another site for the paper umbrellas I. Oh yea, try www.LunaBazaar.com as well. They have fans too. I bought my parasols that I used to line the aisle from there.

The fans are such a cute idea!
Just a word of advice- do NOT buy the parasols from Oriental Trading. They are HUGE! I ordered them for my ceremony and had to send them back because they were the size of big umbrellas. Luna Bazaar has the smaller sizes which are perfect.

I've seen some super cute ones at Michael's and I remember them not being too expensive with the 40 & 50% off coupons they always have. Also I've seen some in downtown LA for very cheap.
