Tuxedo : Where to go? Sizing?

Just wondering some places you girls reccomend. Also as far as when to get sized.. we are getting married in October and my fiance is dieting so when should he go get measured? Will they remeasure him right before the Wedding and do all that other stuff like with my gown? Smile

    Okay I may be a bit biased because I work here but Mens Wearhouse is a great place to go for tuxes! LOL. We suggest coming in to book your wedding and pick out styles about 4 months prior to your wedding, which requires a 40 deposit when you book. All of your guys and their styles will go into our computer system. Then we suggest about thirty days prior to the wedding that your guys can start coming in to get measured. They can get measured sooner if they would like but then they just need to come back 2 weeks prior to the wedding to be remeasured. Everyone just needs to be in the computer system as being measured 2 weeks prior to the wedding. The tuxes come from a huge warehouse and come into the store about 3 days prior to the wedding, thats when the guys pick them up and do their final fitting. If anything is wrong it can be fixed on the spot or within 24 hours!! Hope this helps :)

    Most certainly does, thank you! Let me ask you.. because we are from NY. We live in FL but 3 of his groomsmen are in NY. I know that usually the guys get sent a post card or something so they can get measured and what not .. is it possible though that the actual tuxes get sent and picked up here?

    The guys dont need postcards or anything like that. Once you go and put the guys names and styles into the computer system they can go to any mens wearhouse store in the country and find you guys in the system. They can get measure at any mens wearhouse and pick up their tuxes at any mens wearhouse. They can pick up in NY or here in FL or anywhere in between! Then once they are picked up, they can be dropped off at any mens wearhouse!

    Thank you we appreciate the help. When I told future husband about your post he said he was thinking about Mens Warehouse anyways since there's one right there in the OP mall. Tongue out
