Throw! Anyone doing this? or not?

This is about Throw... Lavendar, Bubbles, Sparklers, Confetti etc

I am trying to decided between Lavendar OR Sparklers.
I will have a dusky sunset time. The sunset start time is 4:30.
I originally thought Sparklers would be fun, but i have yet to ask my wynn wc if this is allowed?
I also like Lavendar, Its romantic and smells great, however i am not a fan of stuff all in my hair and bust crack.

Advise Please!

    Sparklers look really cool in pictures! Bubbles are kind of overdone, but lavendar would be different and pretty lovely. We are looking into doing a chinese lantern release, as long as we can find some that are completely biodegradeable.

    We didnt have anything thown, I tried to keep everything really casual and only keep the wedding traditions that were really importrant to us. Looking back I kind of wish I would have just done it all :)

    The idea of sparklers is neat, but it would be a PITA to make sure everyones was lit and going at the right time. I bet you'd get pictures of half the people smiling with lit sparklers and the other half still holding a lighter to the sparkler waiting for it to catch. If you only have a few guests this might work out better...or maybe make it part of your wedding party pictures.

    we're thinking of petals, but not 100% sure yet.  Sparklers photograph great, but can get smokey.  We went to a wedding in November, guest count was about 100 and everyone did a sparkler send off.  The wind blew the smoke back at us and we were all coughing.  It's a funny story now, but the sparkler smell stuck with us for awhile.

    No Sparklers allowed at Wynn, I kind figured. I would like petals, but Wynn petals for 40 guests... um no thanks!

    So i am doing the Lavender!
