What yall think?

Ok so I am sitting here contemplating what I want to come down teh aisle to.  I am a church girl...preachers kids and all that. Plus I am marrying a preacher's kid and he is actually a minister as well.  So I am thinking about coming down the aisle to this.

Of course it wont be 15 minutes worth but just enough to thank God for blessing us (and for me to get down teh aisle)!

Since I am not getting married in a church (there are a whole host of reasons for this) I want to bring the church to the hotel.  I need to choose ASAP so my soloist can start practicing.  Since FI lives out of town my singers will have to be ready in Feb so FI can hear them.  What yall think?

  • Ok i must say I LOVE THAT SONG IT IS TRULY MY SONG FOR WORSHIP AND PRAISING MY LORD....but its not wedding-y! you could always include that in the ceremony or some other kind of praise song IMO...

  • I agree with pp. I wouldnt use that song to walk down the aisle too. You want something thats about 2 people loving each other and coming together as one. Maybe i found love by bebe winans. Thats what im using. All weddings that I've been too in a church or not chruch kid or not didnt use songs like this. Maybe use it in rotation of the preceremony music.

This...I was just trying to look this up. This would be much better.
  • This is a great song, but it definitely doesn't make me think of a bride's procession.  What about Maurette Brown Clark's song "The One He Kept For Me"?  My friend used this and it's such a beautiful song.
