Well, at least we're one day closer to the weekend.

Eating and workout went well yesterday. I upped the weight on some of my shoulder exercises so I'm waiting for the burn to kick in later. Today is yoga day, which is apparently essential to the p90x program, but I still have a hard time buying into it. Plus, it's a really long workout. Nevertheless, I'll give it all I can.
