First of 3 showers on Saturday

I'm having my first bridal shower on Saturday! I'm really excited ... but people keep asking me if I'm getting ready for it. Very confusing ... all I have to do is show up, right? :)

This first shower is being thrown by our church (FI is on staff) ... second shower is being thrown by FMIL and her sisters ... and the third is being thrown by my mom and sister (MOH) and aunts and cousins (bridesmaids). FILs live near the town FI and I live in and my family lives in MI, so that's why we're having so many! I just feel so loved that so many people want to shower us with things for our home!! 

Anyone else having multiple showers? Anyone had a shower recently and have any advice to pass along??

    Yay!  I was a little unprepared when the hosts gave the floor to me for "closing remarks."  Um, thanks for coming?  I totally forgot to give a shout out to the hosts/BMs who made the trip, etc.  So maybe prepare something to say so you don't flub it like I did.

    I just showed up, and brought gifts for my hosts. Besides that just be prepared to have fun :)

    For gifts (incase you're stuck on that)
    For my first shower (thrown by 3 of my BMs) I got each of the girls a little spa set (bubble bath, lotion, body scrub, loofa, etc) and one of those giant bath towels.
    For my second shower (thrown by my aunt/godmother) I got her a potted plant
