South East MN Reception Sites

Hey ladies! I am new to the Rochester area and only really have Google to find reception sites.  We are actually looking for a reception site that isn't in Rochester, but more around the St. Charles, Chatfield, Dover, Eyota area.  Any suggestions?

    I would check the local golf courses.  Owatonna  Links? (its a public golf course) has a nice room and decent food.  I haven't been there in years, so hopefully it hasn't changed.  I think Byron has one too, but I might be mistaken.  Holiday Inn in Owatonna has a room too.  I have been to a wedding there.  The food was ok.  Didn't knock my socks off, but if you are going to have a lot of kids at your wedding, it has a waterpark in the hotel which is nice.

    I am from the Rochester area, so if you need help with vendors let me know.  My favorite is Special Day Consignment.  Diane is great to work with for anything you need for your wedding.
