FI is a hiker... ive never been. He took my hike virginity on the most difficult trail. It was HARD and I am hurting, but I had a blast and would def do it again.... but would wear knee pads next time. (lots of rock climbing)

I had to climb this........ there were soooo many rock piles... miles and miles of rock piles.

i feel very accomplished. the scale better be good to me tomorrow... i deserve it.

Wow super pretty, I wish there was a good place to hike near me

My coworkers and I will go hiking every once and a while but it takes like 30 minutes to get there from work

Great accomplishment! Don't be surprised if the scale is higher than normal for a day or two. Your legs might hold onto some fluid from the hike being strenuous. Then it will go down. Or you'll get lucky if you're pretty fit and used to strenuous workouts

I will def go again!
this place wasnt too close, took close to two hours to get there.
Def not used to strenuous workouts... thanks for the tip on the fluid retention! My hands were swollen by the time we were done.

Hiking burns a TON of calories, plus you have some beautiful pictures and an awesome story. Congrats on that because it is an accomplishment. There's not good hiking places near us either, or I would be going a lot more! We have "nature walks" lol
