hi ladies!
anyone know of an affordable videographer?  I dont really care about the video editting as I only want raw footage and would also be open to working with a student with a film/fine arts background!  would love to hear from you gals on who you are using for your big day!  thanks!

    We are working with Dave from Waves Media. We are getting The Grand Package for $1300. This includes 6 hours of coverage, editing, highlight reel plus two dvds or blu ray (free upgrade). We got a special promotion offer plus Dave was great with working with our unique schedule between our morning Cambodian wedding and Western ceremony and reception. For the price, his quality of work is very good (consistent rave reviews on weddingwire.com) His response rate is also the fastest from any vendor. He has lower rates available on his site.

    Have you tried Mike Mota from Eternity Productions? We used him and got our video quickly and it was great! Just beware of Wedding Stories!!!

    We are using Pro-Video.  We are getting 10 hours of coverage for less than a $1000.  He seems very professional, although we are getting a fairly basic package.  Rick has been great to work with, although we havent had our wedding yet so I have not seen the final product.  I was just impressed with the cost and level of professionalism.

    thanks ladies!  all the info was super helpful! :)  I ended up going with Rick from ProVideo even though I haven't had the chance to meet him yet.  He's been fantastic so far with an extremely quick response rate.  Like rsmehta said, it is a simpler package but that's what I prefer especially since he'll film the entire day from beginning to end!
