We met with several photographers over the last couple of weeks and finally decided on one. I am wanting to let the ones we did not choose know, does anyone have any suggestions on what to say. I want it to sound sincere because I really did like all of the photographers we met with. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Send them a nice email thanking them for their time, but letting them know you have decided to go in a different direction. i'd also wish them the best of luck in their future ventures.

    Agreed. I called one of my florists and said thanks for meeting with me but we decided to go a different direction.

    I don't think I emailed anyone else, I figured I'd let them know if they emailed me to check in.
