STAMP HELP?!?!?

I am so upset right now!  I just went to the post office to buy stamps for our RSVP post cards.  The only post card stamps they have are Polar Bear.  She said that's all they have had this past year.  I said it's April now no need for Polar Bear.  So....those of you working on invites right now what are you doing for your stamps for postcard RSVP's???????

You could use the polar bears, it's just the RSVPs.....otherwise you could see if the post office could run them through their postage thingy and have that black ink on them, or you could buy the stamps in low denominations that add up to 28 cents. if you go to USPS.com they show all their available stamps,

I'm using the polar bear because it's the only 28 cent stamp they have. It's a bear because it's drawn by some artist for a collection. I figure no one will notice them anyways!

I just realized its only like $18 more to buy regular stamps for the RSVP's so that's what we'll do.

Also, for the others out there wondering about the postcard stamps, I did call 2 other post offices and they both said that's all that USPS has right now and that they will not be coming out with other post card stamps this year - the polar bear is the only one.

I'm really late to this, but I don't get what the big deal is. We used forever stamps for some, some got random stamps that weren't in a complete sheet at the post office, and others got some 10 cent stamps to make them the right amount. I promise you nobody will notice. Its a friggin stamp. And paying $18 extra just to avoid a polar bear stamp is crazy IMO.

Snapfish.  Create some photo stamps.  I know they have deals all the time on there.  Something worth checking out at least.
