Your centerpiece inspirations?

I am trying to make my own and bought a variety of vases on sale, but after that I am stumped as to what I want the finished product to look like.

Anyone have pics of their inspirations?

I actually went to a couple florist, and looked through their books for ideas. I am going through a florist Xochimilco Florist of 6th Ave. They are very friendly, wonderful to work with, and will work with any budget. You could always go to a florist shop, find something in their books that your interested in, have them write you an estimate and see if it would be more cost effective to do it your self or have them do it using the vases you already bought. That's what I did, and it turned out to be more cost effective for me to have them do it, and they are ordering the vases from their vendor at a discounted price. My flowers are including silk arrangments in the same flowers for the out door arrangments for the ceremony so that I can use them in my house after the wedding if I want to.

I am making my own as well. I am actually using silk flowers because I found a ton of beautiful ones that worked for my style on sale at Michael's... ended up getting pretty much all the flowers I think I will need (besides bouquets and boutonnières) for about $30.

If you go to the Michael's webstie, they have a ton of craft ideas. If you go under the Floral section, they actually have step by step instructions for making all kinds of different centerpieces. It was a great find for me. I am definitely going to end up re-designing it until I make it just perfect, but I got a ton of great ideas!
