So....one of my best friends who's in our wedding party just called me with some pretty crappy news. He's a musician and he is going to audition for an orchestra on the day of our wedding, and might not be able to make it to our wedding. On top of that, he was supposed to play prelude music at the ceremony, too. I understand that the audition is important for him careerwise, and honestly if I were him I would probably do the same thing, but it just really sucks. We've been friends forever and I just can't imagine him not being there.
