WR: Kind of freaking out! (Invites)

So last weekend after FI's bachelor party he had some of his guys over to our house...one of the groomsmen said that he didn't receive our invitation, but that he just moved. No big deal...I mailed out another one.

Then I sent out information to our WP for the weekend in the form of a 'newsletter' and the RSVP for the rehearsal dinner...one of my BMs said she hadn't received the invitation yet either....

I mailed them over a month ago and the RSVPs are due to my parents tomorrow! AHHH! Freaking out a bit! Is it common for invites to get lost in the mail?! I am stressed! The good thing is that I numbered all of the RSVPs according to my spreadsheet lit of everyone invited. I am SUPER anal and know for a fact that they were mailed. We checked and double checked the list versus the actual invitations before we mailed them. 

I am now wondering how many others haven't gotten them in the mail! Did anyone else have this happen?

    Ummm personally haven't had this happen, but we just mailed our invites last weekend. 

    We did have to resend a STD because apparently a cousin of my FI didn't get one but not sure what happened there. 

    Have you gotten most RSVP cards back?

    We have gotten a lot of RSVPs back but still missing probably about 10%....

    I know I was invited to a wedding shower and it was lost in the mail. The maid of honor called me liek you going to Traceys shower? And so I found out that way. Stuff gets lost.

    Quick question-Was it regular envolopes or where they square? Square requires more postage.

    They were regular envelopes and we put extra postage on them just to be safe!

    I totally had that happen! So far we have had four invites not get to people, I dont know what the deal is. I havent had them returned they have told me they havent gotten them. Also we put extra postage on them too.
