Okay, i am in sort of a pickle.  Here is my dilemma.  

We don't have a date set yet, but it will be in 2013.  My cousin (who lives in Dayton OH) I loved her pictures and video and her 2 vendors.  I have contacted them both and they would love to capture our day, and only want me to pay for a flight and hotel...nothing else.

I do not have a date set, so I can't really book them yet :(  Do I just suck it up and try and find a video/photo vendor in Tampa, or see if they can find other people to fill in for them in Dayton if they are booked on our date once we decide?

    Welcome to the boards!
    I would try to set your date and then see if they are available. If they not available, then find someone down here. 
    There are plenty of local recommendations to help you.

    I'd try as fast as possible to get your date because 2013 is booking up fast for up north vendors (I'm from up north and girls up there book so far out)!

    Really?  I was afraid of that...hopefully we can agree to a date quickly.  Thanks a lot girls.

    I plan on getting pretty active on the board :)
