Costco Flowers - Anyone used them?

Hi Ladies,

Just wondering if any of you have used Costco to get your wedding flowers?

A friend of mine is looking to do her own centerpieces and wanted to buy the flowers in bulk. I remember seeing stuff about this at bridal shows but threw away the info as it wasn't someting I was interesed in.

Any reviews or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!

I looked into doing Costco flowers, but their options were very, very limited.  You could pick 1 of 4 bouquets, 1 of 4 boutonnieres, 1 of 4 corsages.  And you could only order certain flowers in bulk, they can't guarantee everything.

If you're really flexible, they're very cost-effective, but if you want anything specific, you're better off going with a florist.

I had questions about this as well which i posted earlier.

I am going to speak with them this weekend but what i am planning to do is get the bouquets from my florist but buy roses in bulk from costco and making center pieces using them.

If you are looking for roses, they have the standard colours and pricing is amazing. One thing i'm worried about is on the website it says they can't guarantee the time of delivery. So i'm thinking of that's the case then to make sure you have your flowers on your wedding day and can start decorating whenever you chose to, you need to order the flowers to be delivered the day before. This might be a problem if the flowers look not as fresh the next day and what not.

    Thanks ladies.

When I looked on their website I felt like I wasn't looking in the right place becasue they didn't have much of a selection but looks like that may be just because we're in canada (ugh) and they only have the selection I have heard about in the US.

I saw another thread about the wholesale flowers posted today so I will be interested in seeing what people say.
