I bought 6 lanterns off weddingbee and they arrived today. each lantern has 6 glass windows and on each one at least 3 of them are shattered. the sender put them in a giant box, left the glass in the windows and it was "wrapped" with one layer of bubble wrap.....it was more just thrown on the lanterns vs wrapped.
I emailed asked if she had paid insurance on these for shipping but im sure she didn't. would you girls ask for some sort of refund back? They weren't terribly expensive to begin with but if i'm paying for something i'd like them not to be 75% broken
