My fiance and I don't want to do a sand ceremony or a unity candle during our ceremony. We were thinking about doing something more focused on our families and bringing the families together. Does anyone have any ideas?

    We are doing a unity tree, but its an outdoor ceremony. Our dads are going to bring injars of dirt, our moms jars of water, and then we are going to put the tree into the pot

    we are doing a rose ceremony .. for us and to include my daughter.. but ive also heard of a "stone ceremony" which is interesting .. you  can google it :)

    we're not doing a unity ceremony- feeling that the whole wedding ceremony IS the unity ceremony.
