I can't believe the results I'm seeing from doing the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30! I always workout daily but I've swapped circuit training at the gym for Ripped in 30 twice a week. In combination with her yoga and spin classes, I am toning like mad! I was never one for at home workouts but I'm blown away at how effective these are. It's not that I needed to lose weight or inches, and I don't think I lost weight; I just got more toned.
Just thought I'd share for anyone who is strapped for time and wants to get the most bang for your buck (and who likes a challenge
