Cupcake amounts

We are having a cup cake tree.   Not sure on the amounts of cup cakes per guest to order?

    If using standard size cupcakes I would say 1 per person.  If you are using mini cupcakes then 3 or 4 per person.

    I am having a cupcake tree too and was wondering the same thing.... I am having around 200 so I was thinking about maybe getting 500 mini cupcakes.... thats 2 cupcakes per person for each plus a couple more :)

    How many different flavours are you having? If just one flavour, I'd plan on one per person + 15-20% more. If more than one flavour, I'd do more.

    I like trying all my options when possible!
