Do I sent invites to vendors?????

Hi ladies....

Did any of you send out invites to the vendors that are staying at the wedding all night...DJ, Photographer, Video????

Its not a buffett so I have response cards with meal choices....My mom said she didnt think i needed too but I didnt know what the majority vote is :)

    You don't need to. They aren't guests, they are working. Also, they are already aware of the details. I would just call and confirm with them the specifics a few days before.

    You CAN send a invite but it's not needed however if the venue is feeding them then you will probably need to ask them what they want to eat and include that in your final #'s.

    No, because they aren't guests.

    But if you need to feed them, then keep their names on a list together with those of confirmed guests to give to your venue/caterer.
