Catering recommendations?

Ugh. A last minute change has forced us to start looking for a caterer now, 60 days before the wedding, on the day that the Cowboys host Air Force. Really?

So, any recommendation of caterers in the Laramie (or Cheyenne, if they'll travel) area?

I don't know about Laramie but in Cheyenne depending on your budget, food you want, & if you are doing alcohol as well... you could try Vino's or Poor Richard's (they do bar as well) or if your not looking to have alcohol there is Kennison's Katering or Christie & Co. Catering. I did hear of a caterer called Word of Mouth in Laramie but don't know anything about them.

Sophia Beck has her own catering company. I looked at her menue and it was reasonable. She works for the Univeristy so you can find and e-mail her that way.

Also Caterings of Laramie -Ron & Susan Mavrich (307) 721-2990 have their own catering company. I talked with Ron quit a bit and he is really passionate about his food and reasonably priced as well.

I ended up going with the Hilton so can't tell you anymore about them though.
    Sorry this is late.

Well I was going to suggest Altitude in Laramie, but they may not do it if it's a game day.  They wouldn't do ours since it was during Jubilee Days.

We used Kennison's Katering and were pretty impressed.  I missed the appetizers, but our BBQ pork and brisket sandwiches were delicious!  Our strawberry, spinach and walnut salad, as well as the potato salad was also tasty.  She is very flexible with her menus--she has samples of what she's done for others, or lets you just create it from scratch.  She's personable and does all of the catering for the events at the Civic Center in Cheyenne.  I recommend her!

Your wedding day on a big game day should be fun!  I guess depending on the location of your venue...
