Officiant & Stuff

Hi,
Just looking for suggestions on officiants for our ceremony.
We're getting married in March and would like someone who is professional and fun and not too expensive.

I could also use some help in trying to figure out hotels for OOT guests. I'm not sure if we should choose a hotel close to us and/or other family or if we should go close to our venue.

Any suggestions?

THANKS!

We used Rev. Giovanni, and were extremely happy with him and his service!  We got to customize everything, and he has a great sense of humor, has a ton of experience, and was very professional.  We got nothing but great comments about him from our family and guests.  All of our other vendors commented on how nice it was to work with him too!   He's also under $200, and does any kind of service.  He was able to help us find an amazing florist, and had some great ideas for a few other things that we didn't have planned out yet.

For hotels, if you have any plans of people drinking at all, I would say it would be better for them to stay near the venue, or at least somewhere close enough to have shuttles after the reception.

Paster Mark Faul was amazing.   He kept it light-hearted, personal and fun.  Our guests couldn't believe that he hadn't known us for our entire lives!  (You'll read the same thing on his reviews -- it's absolutely true.)

I met with someone from Rev. Giovanni's cousin (Rev. G was booked on my date) and didn't like him.  He was selling too hard and actually tried to tell me that no bride he's met with has ever turned him down.  Either he's a liar or I was the first, but I'm betting on the former.
