A tiny CHANGE IN PLANS...

Ok.. So once again I've been MIA this week. There may be some changes in our wedding plans but I'm not 100% sure yet how things are going to play out.
The cause of the change is... I'M PREGNANT!!!! 

So.... while the pregnancy isn't planned, I am still very happy. I'm a little sad that I can no longer focus so much on the wedding. I was SOOO excited about planning the wedding and now all I can think about is this baby. I have no clue how we are going to do both!!!!! We have already put deposits down for the venue, photographer and dj. I don't want to move the wedding up before the baby because all of my family live out of town and I want them to be able to see the baby and my wedding (there's no way they could afford to do both). I was thinking of keeping the wedding as it is 9/10/11 the baby will be here in June of 2011. So I would have a couple of months but the first couple of months with a baby is going to be nuts!!!

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh..... lol. This is crazy...

    CONGRATS!  And let me say... that it's TOTALLY possible to do both.  My cousin did.... and her baby was born a little closer to her wedding than yours will be.  Her son was born in mid September... and her 1st wedding anniversary was last weekend, so she had a 3 week old at her wedding. She had a lot of support from her bridesmaids (me included) and a lot of help from her amazing mom. 

    And little Cam was a doll at the wedding.  He slept pretty much the whole time.  It IS totally do-able.  It's going to be stressful... but you can do it.  And when you need to vent, that's what we're here for!

    CONGRATS!!

    Probably the most important thing for you to do is to not get stressed out!!! :) Plenty of time though in between the baby and the wedding, you'll be fine!

    That's so exciting - Being a mom is the best feeling in the world! Congrats again

    Congratulations!!!!! sometimes the unplanned events are the best things ever  :)
    i totally think you can do both, just remember to relax and accept help when needed  :)

    Thanks ladies. I'm trying. I just still can't believe it. You always hear about how your life completely changes.. well i'm newly pregnant and it's already hit me. I appreciate all of the support! I'm definately gonna need it to pull this off!!

    Aww! Congrats! You can totally do this. My best friend is getting married in october, and although she's due 6 months before the wedding, (4/16/11), she's still planning everything. Granted, she's now given me free reigns of everything... decorating, invitations, etc. If it makes you feel any better, they're planning on moving in the middle of everything too!!

    Being a mom is the best feeling in the world! So happy for you! Congrats to you and the daddy!

    Thanks. I think now that the shock has started to wear off I will be ok. I'm just sooo nervous. I hope I can afford it all!!!! Looks like I may have to turn into a DIY bride.. even though I am soooo not creative!! I walk into Michaels and get so overwhelmed!! lol

    A friend of mine had a baby in June and was married in September...and it worked out wonderfully for her.  Her daughter was so precious at the reception and it was nice seeing them all on that day.  They just postponed taking their honeymoon until December so that she would be a little older before they left her.
