I cannot believe people are so horrible and are not greatful for things... I am still shocked about bonnbonn4's small ring post! I am shocked and amazed on how many superficial people have the balls to actually post their horrible thoughts on here. Good lord, what next!

On another note, i feel so bad for knotties who post about their FI's calling the wedding off! Its one thing if there are apparent problems in the relationship but when it comes out of the deep blue i feel so bad...

so many things i have read tonight made me laugh, cry, and extremely angry....

what are some of the most memorable posts you have read...good or bad?

    I would not get too shocked over bonnbonn4's posts; they were pretty clearly bs as more of them were started with even more ridiculous claims.

    The one thing I really hate is when people attack someone's appearance, or that of their FI/DH. Someone did it to me and it pissed me off to no end, and I ended up taking the picture down.

    Actually, now that I think about it, I should put a picture of us back up. I'd enjoy looking at DH every time I post. Who cares if people think I'm in need of a serious makeover, right?

    I took my picture with my guy down. Yeah, I don't want my pic made fun of (it hasn't been yet that I'm aware of), but J is off limits. Of course, I told him that, and he says he could give a rat's ass - its an internet board. So I might put one up again.

    This always surprises me (people making fun of other posters' appearances). It seems like all the time people are always like, oh I would never make fun of what another knottie/a knottie's FI or H looks like and yet it seems to happen to a bunch of people anyway. :(

    I fortunately have never seen a post in which someone attacked a knottie or their FI/DH for their appearance.  That's absoulutely appalling.

    Someone made a whole new post for me once (not on this board) about my appearance. Another was in a PM, both from the same person. I've seen it a couple other times to other posters, not so much lately though.

    Rosie--I think you're talking about that bridesbestfriend girl, the one who puts up pics of dresses she hates and whatnot. She has issues.

    IMO, people who do things like that have bigger issues with themselves needing to feel superior or something. They probably got picked last for kickball and got pushed off the slide when they were a kid.  Know that they have issues, not you (or anyone else this has happened to).

    Definitely it's sad when people are so desperately shallow - but if they're going to make themselves look like idiots (cue bonnbonn) there's not much else to do but sit back and watch the show.

    It's an entirely different animal when personal attacks come into play.  I mean come on people.  Mean Girls is a movie - not real life.  Shiit.

    I dont exactly have a post that stuck out in my mind but I do have a real like "WTF is the matter you" moment.

    I was having my hair done at a salon in a ritzy area that my mom works in. We were talking about the wedding planning as she was doing my highlights and the women in the chair next to me did the whole "oh let me see the ring" (i hate this) So i showed her, and then she goes..."oh that's a cute little ring"

    I wanted to smack her with my cosmo mag. Sorry if my ring isn't good enough for you and your spoiled rich bitch fingers...mind you my ring is 1.5 carats. but i guess if it doesn't weigh your hand down or slice people up when you brush against them then it isn't big enough
