    Not really surprised, the jury didn't have enough to convince her because prosecution couldn't provide enough evidence. However, i feel that 3 years is a long time of not finding the clues or the person who did it. If she did it, she is the only one who knows it.

    Also, jury has to go be evidence they have at hand, even if they feel like she is guilty they can't really have emotions involved and go by the law.

    Sad situation, no one wins. They can still try her for "neglect", i just don't understand why it wasn't a part of the charges.  Undecided
