Smoky Mountains Cades Cove

My fiance and I are wanting to elope to the Smoky Moutains.  Just from looking on the internet, I have fallen in love with Cades Cove.  I am wondering if anyone has first hand knowledge of the area  or any recomendatins.  Any type of guidance would be helpful.  We have a small budget and it will just be the two of us.

    It is a beautiful place. It's been a while since I've been there though.

    It is close to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, so if you don't find a way to do the wedding in Cades Cove, there are several pretty chapels in that area.

    check out Chapel at the park in Gatlinburg. Beautiful chapel or you can get married in the outdoor chapel with the park surrounding it. Simply beautiful and priced very well. Getting married there in 7 weeks, myself :)

    Dancing Bear Lodge is in Townsend http://www.dancingbearlodge.com/, which is 20 min drive from Cades Cove.  my family and I vacation there once a year...it is beautiful!!  Good luck!
