I posted a rant a few weeks ago about some crap we were dealing with RM...well, what power the knot has cause we ended up getting the rest of our deposit back!!!! the letter was from Russell himself saying he wants "nothing but positive memories from our wedding" and it makes me want to take back everything I said. granted the process was VERY annoying but it turns out they made good on their promise and we really did like them all along so now that it's settled, I have no other cause for complaint...
sometimes things don't go as smoothly as you want them to and our dealings with them is an example of that BUT in the end, they really are a company that deserves your business and will work hard for it! so book away if you're thinking of them!!
ok, now onto final details as my wedding is in FIVE DAYS!! holy shnikes!!
