I'm Commiting...Again

So I'm looking through some old Myspace pictures and see one of me from two years ago in a bikini.  I looked great.  I looked thin. I want that back.
Here's my recommitment to myself and my body.  I'm 11 pounds from my goal. I know I'm doing good with my workouts, I just gotta remember to keep the junk outta my face.

    I'm recommiting again as well... not to a specific number of pounds, but to eating healthier foods.  I'm sick of trying to eat as much as I can within my daily calorie limit, even if it's a load of junk food.  Instead of obsessing over calories, I am focusing on eating healthy, almost all vegetarian, nutrient-dense food in order to fuel my body. 
  • way to go!  I am barely beginning the work to get back to where I was--good job being so close to your goal!
  • I'm the in the same boat here too.  I started working out Feb 1.  I've worked out an average of 4 days a week (only slipping up one week  :)   and I'm down 7 pounds.  Its great to see an improvement already!  So good luck to you all in your journey to a better you!
