Hangover kits and???

We decided as on of our favors we are giving out hangover kits to about 1/3 of our guests (thats about all that will be drinking if not less). And I was wondering if I should do another bag/kit option for my non drinking guests.

This are not my only favors we are handing out. At the ceremony each party gets to keep a blanket or a basket. I am having a picnic style ceremony where the guests will be sitting on blankets I made myself and the aisle will be lined with baskets filled with water bottles, small snacks, and bubbles for when we walk back down the aisle as mr and mrs. At the reception we will be giving out little tiny baskets filled with chocolates  that I am making myself (Im a pastry chef/cake decorator so I couldnt imagine not making them), and for the centerpeices we are doing potted plants that again the guests can take home.

So even though we are giving out so much I was wondering if I should be courtious and make another bag/kit type thing for my non drinkers and if so what should I put in it. (my hangover kits will have a electrolyte drink, 2pack advil packet, a protien/granola bar, and a breathmint or 2)
Pumpernickel and olive juice

Sounds like you have several wonderful favors already!  I would skip the hangover kits.  I typically have a glass or two of wine at weddings, but that doesn't mean I need help for a hangover - I know my limits and have never had a hangover afterward.  I would be offended if my hosts assumed that I would be drunk and have a hangover, and I'm sure your guests can find some Advil or breathmints by themselves if they want them.  I would be much more excited about the picnic baskets and the chocolates you already have planned!
