We need Catering HELP

My Fiance and I have had the hardest time finding a good catering company. We have interviewed two companies, one originally quoted us 12,000 dollars not including rentals or liquor... and the other promised us a quote and never emailed us, just disappeared!!
We understand that catering is expensive... but my god if we are going to pay that much money we want all inclusive, right? And all these hidden fee's ....crazy. Any advise would be great!

    My erring coordinator's husband runs a catering company and the food is delicious! Let me know if you need the number. They worked with my budget too and showed me receipts of every food item bought :)

    I'm not sure where you ladies are located in Virginia but I'm having the hardest time finding a caterer in NOVA. If either of these companies are in the NOVA area please let me know! Thanks!
