NO sleep equals early morning workout then a bit of sleep!

Hello! I'm a future insomniac of Ameriica and I think an early morning workout is in order! I couldn't sleep all night but I will try to workout once more to lose this weight for the wedding! Does anyone know how to reduce lower back fat? I want to reduce my "rolls" so that I can look normal when I try on my dress!!

  • To begin with, be happy with your body. Don’t slouch. Do light, but regular exercise. Never go for crash diet or skip meals or completely avoid anything. Eat everything in moderation, even chocolates. Eat small meals at frequent intervals. Drinking alcohol and smoking is harmful, so avoid. Drinking warm water after every meal is also helpful.
