honeymoon to Ireland finally booked

We got married in May but could not take an extended honeymoon because of our work schedules. Plus, I let my husband pick the destination and he was going to plan everything and surprise me. At the wedding, he announced it was going to be Ireland! I was so excited. Well, as of this morning, (it only took him three months) the trip is planned. We are going to Ireland in October!

We are starting and ending in Dublin and we will be doing a lot of driving. Or, my husband will be doing a lot of driving. :) We are then going to stay near Galway  and then drive up north as well and stay in Enniskillen.

That's awesome!  Make sure you get something nice from there.  Maybe you'll be able to find a four leaf clover,

No, but I have family in County Waterford (you know, Waterford crystal Wink).  I've always wanted to go but have never found the time... or money!

How exciting that you get to go to Ireland. I book Ireland trips all day at my job. If possible stay at a castle, Ashford Castle is beautiful and its about an hour from Galway. Adare Manor & Waterford Castle are also beautiful although Adare is not a castle its just as palatial as one. Have fun!!!
