This is not a big deal, but more the principle of the matter. Our venue told me back in February if there wasn't another event, the guys could use the other bridal room. Perfect! She failed to mention there was a fee for this until the walk through last week, so I am thinking $50, maybe $75. She comes back today after I have had to follow up twice with her and says $150 and that is for 30 minutes, that is $5 a minute. I feel like that is crazy expensive. I forwarded her the email convo from February and she replies sorry, she doesn't make the rules and that the guys could hang out in the gift shop. I replied that too bad the gift shop wouldn't be open and couldn't she ask her supervisor to adjust the price since only 30 minutes. I know this isn't a big deal, just more frustrating that she had said this would be ok and never once in the 3 previous conversations about this mentioned a fee. When you are this close, an extra $150 is hard to come by. Just wanted to vent for a minute.
