  I HIGHLY recommend All The Right Grooves. We had Bethany as our DJ and she did an amazing job They're also a great price!

  I would definitely go with Split Second Sound (SSS).....I did meet with All The Right Grooves and from my understanding they stay in the background more than other DJs....but then again I decided not to go with them so I don't know what a wedding with them would be like...I went with SSS.
  
  Vinny is an amazing personality and has a company of about 18 DJs. When meeting him I was sold within 5 minutes. ATRG is better as far as money goes, but SSS is better with personality by far.

  ATRG does stay int he background, as in they don't do the games that some DJs do or make really loud comments, but that is what a lot of people want.  They tell you that up front.  If you are looking for a more interactive DJ, ATRG is not who you want to go with for you.  That said, we used Jill, and I loved her.  The caterers got us completely off schedule and Jill helped keep me calm even though we had to rearrange a bunch of stuff at the last second.  Also when FIL decided to make an impromptu speech (which was totally inapprorpiate) and told Jill he wanted to open it up to other people for toasts, she took on the role of the "bad guy" and told him straight up NO, we didn't have time for that so I didn't have to do it! I think she would have cut the mic off on him if I had asked her to.  Love her!

  I second Split Second Sound. They were AMAZING at our wedding!!

  
  

  We are wedding photographers so we have worked with a lot of DJs and they can't get any better than Split Second Sound. Our actual DJ was Eddie & he was perfect.

  We are working with Todd from Spintastic in Charlotte. He was the only DJ that our venue recommended! At our first meeting I immediately liked him, he was not super cheesy and over the top if you know what I mean.
