i have not had a good nights sleep in 4 days. i'll sleep for a couple of hours then wake up for 3-4 hours then go back to bed for an hour - and wake up again.. i'm afraid i'll look like a zombie for the wedding if dont start sleeping right..(i have 9 days left)
i've been working out everyday, but i feel like thats giving me more energy instead of tiring me out

are any of you having "bridal insomnia"? what do you do to get to sleep?
