Dress Cleaning

My dress is done being altered!!!! YAY!! I'm so excited! But I now have to get it cleaned and this makes me very nervous. I have read horror stories of cleaners that have ruined bridal gowns....so I need recommendations of where you have taken your dress to get cleaned. I live in NKY so I would prefer a place close by, but would be willing to drive a bit.

Also, Fabulous Bridal (where I purchased my dress) recommended Vanover Cleaners in Reading ~ have any of you used them or heard any reviews on them?

    I know the owners of Amelia/Mt. Washington Cleaners and they send the dresses out to the experts. If you just want it cleaned not boxed I think depending on your dress it will run you $80-100 dollars. I plan on using them to clean my dress.
