Corsage type?

What kind of corsages do you get for the mothers & grandmothers? Pin on or wristlets? Is pin on traditional?

TIA : )

We are getting the pin on type for the moms.  I totally had forgotten about the wrist type (which i think would be great too).

I just asked which they prefered... my florist was my friend's mom and she said she liked the wrist better because when she was the MOG her pin-on one got squished with all the hugging lol  But it was whatever they wanted.

I gave them the choice. My mom and FMIL both wanted wrist so that they wouldn't need to worry about what they chose to wear ie pin ruining the fabric. My step-mom went with my choice, a little tussy-mussy (Victorian hand-held small nosegay).

I was planning on pin-on because I remember the wrist one I had for my HS senior prom kept flopping!!  But maybe I will now ask each what they prefer as PPs mentioned...

My mom is doing a tussy mussy and we're doing a wrist corsage for my grandmother.  I didn't want it to get smushed or pull down her dress and I figured she could wrap it around her purse if she got tired of it on her wrist.

I am actually using wristlets for my mom and mother in law. This is off topic, I am handing my mom my toss bouquet instead of throwing it.

I'm going to ask the women, but so far my mom is the only one with a problem about it. Figures with her track record so far.
I'm looking at wristlets though. I like them better than pin ons.
