There's a bakery in Seattle ("The Erotic Bakery") that will actually ship boob cakes (via UPS next day delivery) that you could probably use, depending on when the party is. They make the cakes to order, so they do need a bit of lead time, but if it's in the next couple of weeks you'd probably be fine.

Too bad you don't live near me because my H can make that cake. I would bring the pic in to a bakery and ask them to make it. My mom works in a bakery as well and they make cakes like that all the time.

Just ask for a boobie cake... I dont think there is a way to beat around the bush. My FI's sister always makes him a boobie cake for his b day it isn't that unusual of a request.
