Ok, to give more explanation to my knee jerk answer, we discussed it, but no, we are not waiting.
We actually made vows to each other in the beginning of our relationship,so we feel like we have established "us" already. The marriage ceremony is our step in building our family. It is actually true too because during heated arguments we both said that if the other was just a GF or BF, we would end the relationship, but the commitment keeps us; therefore, we feel like we are married now.
Plus we don't prescribe to religions that say to wait, so we don't feel like we are committing any type of sins.
DH cut me off the last 30 days before the wedding. There was so much going on I didn't miss it until everything was over. It made for a very romantic honeymoon.

Girl yeah!!! LOL. Me & the hubby!! I'm really getting used to saying HUSBAND now.
We discussed "halting" 60 days out from the wedding. The FH isn't feeling 60 days at all. LOL! I think that may go down to 45 but definitely no later than 30. To be honest, I am ok with cutting it out 90 days out so I can GO BUCK WILD on the HM. LOL!
To the ladies feeling bad about living in sin here is how I look at it biblically.
Issac took Rebeccas into his mother's tent shortly after meeting her and they laid down and were "married".
Others would announce publicly that they were taking a bride from her home into the grooms home and they were married. Genesis 24:67. They didn't have marraige licenses and ties to the state.
I say all this to mean that if a man asked you to be his wife and you said yes, how is that any different than what they did many many years ago??
I believe "spiritually" that I am not doing anything wrong when making love to the man I have vowed to spend my life with before God. We did this when he put the ring on my finger. Everything else here on out is just paperwork.
To answer the question, heck no I'm not waiting. I need the stress reliever.

FI is not with waiting. Each time I bring it up he says you're going to have to do something because I feel like I'm married to you already. So, I'm going to try to make him wait at least 30 days prior to.
Yes and have been for 2 years 4 months to the day! But who's counting, right? LOL. FI is really pushing to keep it going since we learned why in marriage counseling. And I really admire him for it. But it is soooooo hard at times. But hey, we waited this long so why not keep it going. FI thinks it's a test to his manhood and he doesn't wanna give up/ quit in the middle.

I thought about it, but we haven't even really had the chance lately. FI is now working at night, so our sleep patterns are opposite, and our time together lately has been running around doing wedding or family stuff, birthdays, graduations, parties. Don't know if it worth making it a rule. I think the wedding night will be great because we will both be able to relax. But FI said if I want to he would do it for me, but could he just have one time before he gets cut off.
No maam we are not! When first got together I made him wait 4 months, but now especially since we live together so for the FI I can't even bring it up lol. He feels that we are already one.
We had decided that we would wait. It helps that we are currently in 2 different countries. It will be quite a test in the week of the wedding because the wedding is on the 9th and my FI gets here on the 3rd. We will be staying together in my bedroom for that week. I might make him sleep on a blow-up mattress on the floor to keep him at a distance lol.
