Event Rentals in Midcoast Maine?

Our ceremony is going to be at Fort Popham, and we are trying to figure out the whole rental situation. We would need 150 chairs, 2 tables, and a portable sound system. 

We are looking at Taylor Rental in Brunswick, but they are not open on Saturday or Sunday, which would mean that FI and I would have to pick everything up on Friday and drop everything off on Monday. Picking up isn't a problem, but we are planning a mini-moon after the wedding from Sunday-Wednesday, and unless I ask my mom or step-father to take a day off of work on Monday to drop everything off (which I really don't want to do!) Dropping our stuff off on Monday seriously cuts into our minimoon time. 

I can't seem to find anything else on Google or WeddingWire, except One Stop Party Shoppe in Portland, and I plan on calling them this morning.

    The only other place I know of in Portland is also closed on Saturday and Sunday.

    Do you care what kind of chairs you have?

    I am working with One Stop Party Shop.  Erin, the person I've been working with, is on vacation this week but she's been SUPER helpful.  I'm going up to meet with her next Saturday in person to finalize what we need.  They are going to deliver and pick up to/from Bethel and I think they only charge an extra $60 round trip.

    Topsham Rental Center says they have a "wedding/event" equipment division on their website, and they're open 7 days a week.

    I talked to One Stop Party Shopped, they want to charge $230 for delivery, and don't deliver on Saturday or Sunday. 

    hcorrigan34- I don't care what kind of chairs we have, preferablly not white because they just wouldn't fit in with the venue. I'll check out Topsham Rental Center. Thanks!

    If you don't mind metal folding chairs, the Morse High School Alumni Association rents their chairs for $0.50 a piece.  At least this is what I've been told by one of the secretaries at my school (the middle school).  I'm not sure if they rent tables though.

    I called around to all the different places, and I talked to FI about it, we are just going to go with Taylor Rental. They have everything we need, and we really like their prices. We will pick everything up on Friday, and either start our minimoon a day lay late or find someone willing to drop everything off for us. The more we talked about it, it no longer seems like the end of the world for us to stay home on Sunday, we'll still have OOT guests in town and it gives us more time to spend with them.
