I got married 12/31/10, I just wanted to post some reviews, I hope you find them helpful!
Heritage Hills, York, PA- A-
I must say that the day of my wedding they handled EVERYTHING. They did a very good job, and everything on their end turned out great. They give you a "day of contact" that will help with everything from the rehearsal to the dinner service, ours was Jackie, and she was amazing. She did everything in her power to give me everything I wanted. I also have to add that the food was amazing. Now, with all that said I have to say that we had a few bumps in the road leading up to the wedding, but they all got settled pretty easily. I would recommend the venue to anyone!
Providence Divine Cakes, York PA- A+++
My cake was awesome. I had an individual cake for every table, and a small 2 tier wedding cake. Everyone loved the different designs for every table, and they all turned out really nice, some funky, some traditional. Would use her again in a heartbeat. The cake was moist and oh so yummy!!
Petals with Style, Lancaster, PA- A+++
My flowers were so beautiful. I did not purchase that many flowers, only for the wedding party, and around 6 arrangements. Her prices were reasonable, and she worked with me as far as the budget goes. She is fun to work with, and does not try to sell you anything.
DM Productions, DJ Doug Metherell- C
This is the vendor that I was looking forward to working with the most, and completely disappointed me. In pre-wedding meetings he seemed like he would help move the show along, seemed motivated and fun. I liked him because he has said from the beginning that he would not talk a lot, and I have been to weddings where this happened, and I hated it. Now, the day of my wedding the guest started arriving earlier than expected, so he started playing, which I had told him in an e-mail previously that he did not need to start playing music until 7, which was well before my wedding, and his contracted time. Because he started playing earlier, he thought he could stop playing earlier, we had the venue until 1am, and he announced his last song at 12:30. My guest started leaving because they thought it was over! He never checked with me or my husband to see if this was okay! We had to pay him $50 bucks to keep playing until 1am, even though our guest were half gone. He also forgot a few songs on the "must play" list, and completely forgot about the prayer before dinner that my husbands grandfather was supposed to give. And, he couldn't seem to get the music loud enough all night. Big Disappointment.
Country Threads by Gail, Manheim, PA- A+
I had bought my dress at Alfred Angelo, and it fit perfectly, all I needed was a bustle, but she did a good job, and I would have trusted her with any alteration. She also steamed my dress for me.
Fr. Joe McLauglin- Lancaster, PA- A+
He performed our service, and we couldn't have been happier with the job he did. He is als very helpful with all the paperwork that needs to be done for your marriage license. He did a great job and his prices are very reasonable.
Edwin Huddle Photography, Lancaster PA- A+
We were s lucky to stumble upon Edwin! He has been around for a very long time, and his work proves that. His prices are competitive, and he is really great to work with. He did engagement photos for us too, and they also turned out great. He also gave us some good suggestions about the wedding itself!

I love the ladies here, I have gotten my hair done here for years, but they went above and beyond the day of my wedding. There was not one person that did not LOVE their hair. I gave them no direction whatsoever about my hair and they created a beautiful one of a kind looks for me. I would suggest them a million times over for not only a wedding day style, but for everyday services.
Caron Livingston, York, PA- A+++
Caron did the make-up for me and all my girls, and she did an amazing job. She is VERY detail oriented and everyone looks absolutely amazing. Her prices were great and she come to the location. She takes a lot of pride in her make-up, ad that was really obvious.
