Role for my teenage neices

I need help. I have 4 sisters and therefore a LOT of bridesmaids (about 10-12!). I also have three teenage nieces that I want to somehow include. They are too old for Jr. bridesmaids and I can't possibly add any more bridesmaids. Is there any other important role that I can have the them do for my wedding? They are 15 (she could possibly still be a Jr.), 17 and 20. Please help!!

candle lighters, flower girl (you laugh, but I was devastated not to be the flower girl in my uncle's wedding when I was 15. I had been the flower girl in his other 2 weddings and couldn't understand why I got demoted to guest book attendant), ring bearer. Think outside the box of tradition on this one.

I have two teenage stepbrothers, and we're calling them "junior ushers" and having them hand our programs and maybe escort people.

we are passing out programs... well me sister and I for our uncles wedding... we are 23 and 21... how ever for my wedding my uncle and his soon to be wife are just guests...

Are you referring to the older ushers as senior ushers?

Isn't handing out programs and escorting people what an usher does? If they're doing the same thing, why do they need to have the 'junior' label slapped on them? Are they just the cutest witto boys you evo did see?

I have 2 older neices and so does my fiance. We are using 2 for the guest book and 2 to hand out programs. and then his neice that is the oldest of the 4 is also doing a reading during the wedding.
