Has anyone heard of this place in Warwick? Any rants or raves plz.  Are they pricey? I haven't contacted anyone from here, I came across them on the web.

    I attended a wedding there, so I have no idea about price but the place really wasn't very nice- at all. I guess there is some nice scenery outside but the structure itself is quite rundown and the road to get there is terrible. I remember the bride complaining because the officiant scheduled a wedding right after theirs and so we all had to be out very quickly.

    I too have not heard great things about it.  When we were looking for a site for our wedding, we drove by and it is falling apart and not kept up well.  The view of the water is nice, but that's it.  I also agree that the road is a messy dirt road.  When we had driven by, it just stopped rainging from the night before and the road was a huge puddle and muddy.

    I had my first wedding there and (now planning my second) it was a beautiful location then and the cost was about $600.  The only issue I had at the time was the officiant there then was older and was unable to finish covering the awning for the outdoor ceremony and we ended up receiving a partial refund. But they do ony allow for a 1 hour time slot for each wedding so you can be booked back to back.  The ceremony itself only takes 15 minutes.
