Rehearsal Dinner Geneva/Seneca Falls, NY

We are getting married at Belhurst Castle in Geneva, NY next summer. Anybody have suggestions for rehearsal dinners? I love the Crow's Nest and we are also looking at Ramada and Geneva Country Club. Anyone ever had or been to a dinner at Three Brothers Winery or Billsboro Winery? We are looking for a more intimate place, can fit 50 people and on the water is a plus :)

    We are getting married at Esperanza Mansion and our RD is at Seneca Lake State Park.

    I love 3 Brothers Winery, that could be fun!
