Etiquette on group pictures divorced parents

Hi,

My photographer has asked me to let her know the group pictures I want.

Besides the one with the whole family (inc. cousins, uncles, aunts. etc...) I would like one with me (and my fiancé? ) and my immediate family only.
But the problem is my parents divorced 6 years ago, and my father has been with someone ever since, a nice lady with whom he lives but that my mum sees as "the other woman" (my mum has stayed single)

Do you think I can ask my father's girlfriend not to come for the "immediate family" picture, or should she be there considering that my father and her have been together for so long?

    I took a picture both with just my parents and then one that included my mother's husband.  Your photographer can just call out who she/he wants to come up for pictures so you don't have to say anything.  As long as you include her in at least one picture, then I think it's fine.

    We have this issue on FI's side, we decided to do some "immediate family" shots with the new partners and some without, to keep everyone happy, or at least equally unhappy. :P
