Need a great seamstress in DC? I highly recommend Daniela from the Green and Blue in Dupont. Her prices are reasonable, she is lovely to work with and she is not daunted by complicated work. She also has a boutique on Connecticut she makes clothes for. She and her assistant seamstress were trained in Italy and totally know what they're doing. And very important for busy brides, her communication is excellent - no pestering her for a return call.
