Has anyone ever used Alibaba Limo Service in Philadelphia

It seems almost too good to be true BUT it looks like Alibaba Limos has the best price. They are even willing to not charge me the down time in between my pick up times  for my guests from the hotel till the end of the wedding. 
I was just wondering if ANYONE else has used them???

    You would probably get much better reviews on your local board. Just click to the left of the screen, click on local boards and find Philly.  Good luck!

    kinda random that i am on here and see this but I actually am originally from phillyand used them for my senior prom...now this was 12 years ago but they were good at that time.
