So I surprise FI with orchestra tickets for The Lion King tonight, since I'm a Drama geek and he loves musicals. I bought them over a month ago. We got dressed, he took me to dinner and we excitedly arrived at the will-call at The Arsht Center to pick up our tickets..... Turns out they were for yesterday and they're sold out the rest of this tour spot, I'd lost over 160. I cried the wholel way home, so disappointed in myself and feeling embarrassed. When we get to his house, FI pours me a glass of wine, brings my Belle blanket from his linen closet and puts on Beauty and the Beast (my favorite movie) and tells me he'd pay $160 just to sit on the couch and cuddle with me. I started crying even more lol! But the reason I post this is because I felt so stupid for not always appreciating him....ever have those moments???
